What we collect
If you use our contact form, we process the name, email address, optional company name, and message you send us. Our hosting provider also processes standard server log data, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and to deliver the site.
Why we process it, and the legal basis
We use contact-form data only to answer your enquiry and discuss a possible project. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and our legitimate interest in responding, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server logs rest on our legitimate interest in a secure, working website.
Analytics and cookies
Essential cookies needed to run the site are always active. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner, on the basis of your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time, with effect for the future. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project, then delete it unless a statutory retention period applies.
Processors and transfers
We use service providers, such as our hosting provider, who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements as required by Article 28 GDPR. We do not sell your data.
