Terms

Terms and Conditions

These terms govern services provided by AppCraftNinja UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("we") to clients ("you"). They apply alongside any individual written agreement, which takes precedence where it differs.

Our services

We provide no-code app development, consulting, and related maintenance as agreed in writing for each project. The scope of each engagement is defined in a proposal or statement of work.

Quotes and estimates

Ranges and figures shown on this website, including the estimator, are indicative and not binding. A binding quote is issued only in writing for a defined scope after a fit check.

Payment and milestones

Projects are typically billed in milestones. An initial deposit or first milestone is payable before work begins and is non-refundable once work has started, except where required by law.

Revisions and scope

Each engagement includes an agreed number of revision rounds within the defined scope. Work beyond that scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.

Ownership and handover

On full payment, ownership of the delivered build transfers to you, and we hand over edit access and documentation. Third-party platform and subscription costs remain your responsibility.

No guaranteed outcome

We deliver the agreed work to a professional standard. We do not guarantee specific commercial, financial, or performance results, as these depend on factors outside our control.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by German law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Cancellation

Either party may end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed up to the cancellation date. Specific cancellation terms are set out in the individual agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Dresden, where permitted by law.
